Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Professional to join our organisation. This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts within the healthcare sector, leveraging your expertise to expand our market presence and achieve strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within the healthcare industry.

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and leveraging existing contacts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other relevant entities.

  • Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to align strategies and optimize sales efforts.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in healthcare sales, with at least 4 years of experience in a business development role.

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, market trends, and customer needs.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
